A downloadable tool for Windows

A simple python single digit number sorter, which includes the source code and icon .ico file. The source code includes notes. 
ONLY TESTED ON WINDOWS 10 SHOULD WORK ON WINDOWS 11 MAY NEED PYTHON TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE OPENING
